Congratulations to Our Eastex Leadership Class of 2026 Graduates!
We are proud to recognize City Secretary Debra Hagler and Shepherd Public Library Director Terri MacIntyre as graduates of the Eastex Leadership Class of 2026.
Their participation was made possible through sponsorship by Shepherd Economic Development, which supported two city employees in completing this specialized leadership program designed to cultivate strong community leaders and foster professional growth.
In addition, Texas State Representative Janis Holt presented both graduates with a Certificate of Recognition from her office, honoring their achievement and commitment to public service.
